Hey everyone sorry I haven't been around for awhile. I have been working really hard! I have gotten up to 800 calories a day on the treadmill, plus weight training. I don't really have a big update to share right now, but I wanted to let everyone know that I get to weigh on Friday for the first time in a month! Lets hope all my hard work is paying off!
