So here I sit at 12:45 at night decided to make a blog about my plan to loose weight. Right now I am 335lbs. That is the most I have ever weighed, and it is very scary for me to admit that. However that is the whole reason I am here tonight. Today was my first work out in I dont know how long.
I did 3 minutes on the eliptical, walked a mile on the treadmill and did about 20 minutes of weights. Needless to say, my buttcheeks hurt lol. I do have a bit of a plan and a small goal in mind. I would like to loose 30 lbs by May 1st. I will be spending the summer in South Florida with my mother so I want to jump start this process before I head south :)
I will not be doing this alone, I have decided to use Alli as a partner in my weight loss, and I am comfotable with my choice. I have not started the pills yet, you have to be on a low fat diet for atleast 3 days before begining the pills to reduce side effects.
I am really excited to share my journey with all of you! I hope your words of encouagement will help me on days when I dont feel like going to the gym or really want to eat that pizza ;) So without further ado, On your mark, get set, get skinny! (lol or atleast alittle smaller :)
